Mixing is kind of off. can't really hear much of your leads through the clutterness.

Also recommend staying away from fl studio's sample packs, its kind of cheesy.

Thank you for the response! I'm going to check out your track out as a thank you! I'm aware that FL Studio's sample packs are cheesy. I'm sorta on the lookout for a replacement but I can't seem to find as large a variety. If I had loads of money I'd just buy a drum set a record the percussion sounds individually and then sample that. I do have a guiro so I'll probably use that. Thing is, I'm not sure if I have the mic or acoustics to get a good sound. So bottom line is I can't find a suitible replacement that I like so I don't end up getting a better one - which sounds bizarre when it's put like that.

melodic, progressive, ambient, all in one. was wondering if there was going to be a 4x4 kick drop in the track but it never came. all is good though.

I know what you mean about the drop. I was gonna add a significant drop to the song, but I couldn't figure out where to place it. Still getting a feel for modern-day electronic music. I was going to add another climax near the end, though, which would have been a final blast before the outro, but I was too lazy and the song was already seven and a half minutes long. Figured I'd just add a small build-up to the outro instead. Maybe I should have taken the time... oh well.

the intro part of the song was really really cool.

build up was okay. the drop was generic and killed the vibe the rest of your track gave off. Maybe if you got rid of the choppy bits and just keep it as it is with your 808s and low freq cut offs with your saw synths that'll sound glorious.

Thanks haha. My intention with this one was to blend liquid dubstep with trap in a way and of course have the guitar prominent. I was thinking the guitar carrying the drop would make it less 'generic' but I really wanted it to be more intense then the laid back feel of the verse parts.

Maybe I can do a track that's more vibey throughout using your suggestions.
